The Work
Through the concept Coast to Coast, Talisker invites guests to travel along the Swedish coastline, rediscovering our deep connection with nature and exploring the rich, diverse flavours of Swedish waters. Over two nights, a select group of tastemakers were hosted on Pater Noster Island on the west coast, where they were treated to an unforgettable seafood feast prepared over an open fire by Michelin starred chef Sayan Isaksson and sous chef David Forsman Törnqvist. The food was paired with handcrafted Talisker cocktails using seaweed, sea buckthorn and mead, curated by one of the world's best bartenders, Hampus Thunholm of Röda Huset.

The experience also included a dawn carving workshop with axe-maker Julia Kalthoff, giving guests the opportunity to connect with nature by the sea.
