Brief
Each year, Café magazine hosts the Café Gala to celebrate the nominees and winner of Sweden’s Best Dressed Man. For the fourth consecutive year, AWB was responsible for the guest list, profile attendance and PR surrounding the event.

Our work
AWB managed the guest list, invitations and coordination of profiles, guests and media before and during the gala evening. We booked DJs, organised a VIP pre-drink for nominees and guests, and hosted an exclusive pre-dinner together with Tiger of Sweden at Bobergs Matsal with Tommy Myllymäki. On site, we ensured a smooth flow of arrivals and red carpet activity, led the PR efforts surrounding the winner, and managed press relations, documentation and distribution of press images to media.
