Sheraton Stockholm Hotel The Grand Re-opening

Celebrate the official reopening of the Sheraton Stockholm Hotel following its extensive transformation, and engage Stockholm’s most influential guests through a memorable launch experience.

Built around the strategy of creating a true once-in-a-lifetime moment, we developed and produced a full-day reopening program that brought the hotel’s new concept to life.

The day began with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting attended by hotel staff, marking the start of a new chapter for the hotel. Throughout the day, invited guests were given exclusive access to curated experiences across the hotel, showcasing its redesigned suites, social spaces, and hospitality offering.

As evening approached, we partnered with Trädgården to transform the hotel’s terrace and lobby into a vibrant pre-party destination. The program featured live DJ performances by Adrian Lux & DJ Carli, and Rebecca & Fiona, creating a celebratory atmosphere that carried the reopening into the night.

AWB led the project end-to-end, overseeing concept development, programming, partnerships, project management, and event production.
